Delete your data
Last updated 13 September 2026 · Version 0.0.0
If you have never connected a Google Play Games account, everything Goup Jump knows about you is on your own phone, and uninstalling deletes all of it. If you have connected, you also have an account on our servers, and this page is how you delete that.
Option 1 — inside the game
Open Settings ‚Üí Reset progress and confirm. This immediately and permanently erases, on this device:
- your best score and run count;
- your coin and gem balances;
- every character and outfit you own, and what is equipped.
Your preferences — volume, steering, sensitivity, vibration — are kept, since they are settings rather than progress. Uninstalling removes those too.
If you have connected an account, this clears the copy on your phone, not the account. Use option 3 for that.
Option 2 — uninstall
Uninstalling Goup Jump deletes its private storage, which is everything the game saved on your device. If you never connected an account, that is everything we have ever had.
Option 3 — delete your account and everything on our servers
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
So we can find the right account, include the Player ID from the game's Settings — tap it to copy — or your Google Play Games player ID. You can find it in the Play Games app under your profile; it is a long number, and it is safe to share — it identifies you to this game only. If you cannot find it, tell us the Google account you connected with and roughly when you last played, and we will work it out.
We will delete, within 30 days and usually within a few days:
- your account and the identifier linking it to Google Play Games;
- your coin and gem balances;
- every character and outfit recorded against your account;
- your best score and run count;
- the codes you have redeemed, and any gifts our support sent you, with our notes and reasons for them.
We will confirm by reply when it is done. Deletion is permanent — there is no backup we can restore your skins from afterwards, including ones you paid for.
What survives, and why
Purchase records. If you ever bought coins or gems, we must keep the record of that transaction — what was bought and when — for as long as tax and accounting rules require. It is kept as a financial record, unlinked from a playable account, and is not used for anything else.
What Google holds
Your purchase history belongs to your Google account, not to us, and we cannot delete it. Google retains transaction records for its own legal, tax and accounting obligations. To manage that data, use Google Account settings.
Deleting your in-game progress does not refund or revoke purchases. Items bought with real money can be restored afterwards through Settings ‚Üí Restore purchases.
If accounts are added later
The game may later offer optional Google Play Games sign-in so that progress survives a new phone. If that ships, this page will be updated first, and will describe how to delete a specific account together with everything stored against it — including which records are deleted immediately, which are kept briefly in backups, and which must be retained for tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
