Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026 · Version 0.0.0
These terms govern your use of Goup Jump ("the game"), published by enpo ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
2. Coins, gems and virtual items
Virtual currency and items have no monetary value. Coins, gems, characters and outfits are a limited licence to use features inside the game. They are not your property, not a balance you hold with us, and not redeemable for money or anything outside the game.
- They cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another player or account.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or goods of any kind.
- They have no value once your licence ends, and we owe you nothing for unspent balances.
- We may change prices, earn rates, availability and the items on offer at any time, including making an item unavailable after you have bought it.
- Balances are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or using Reset progress will permanently destroy them.
The game contains no loot boxes, no randomised paid rewards and no gambling mechanics. Every purchase states exactly what you receive before you buy it.
3. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Your purchase is a transaction with Google, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Please request refunds through Google Play first, as we cannot issue them directly. If a purchase completed but the items did not arrive, use Settings ‚Üí Restore purchases, and see our support page if that does not resolve it.
Nothing here limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the game or its saved data;
- use cheats, automation, memory editors or modified clients to alter scores, balances or items;
- exploit bugs to obtain currency or items, rather than reporting them;
- obtain the game from anywhere other than an official distribution channel.
We may remove access, reset progress or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
5. Availability
The game is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available, free of defects, or supported indefinitely, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it or any part of it. Where a change would remove something you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice where it is practical to do so.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Governing law to be added, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to play after that constitutes acceptance.
